Team, for the first time in its 175-year history, Scientific American is endorsing a presidential candidate:

Scientific American endorses Joe Biden for President

This historic endorsement has serious implications. Never before has an election offered such a stark choice between pro-science and anti-science candidates -- especially at a time when so many of our lives and livelihoods are dependent on following the guidelines laid out by experts.

We're already seeing the disastrous effects of ignoring, contradicting, and downplaying the facts. We need a President who will listen and lead with science.

There's too much riding on this election to leave anything to chance -- but without a solid-blue Michigan, Joe Biden's chances are slim. We can't let Trump win this battleground state for a second time. Chip in to help us flip Michigan blue!

While Michigan is a battleground within the country, MI-11 is a battleground within Michigan -- this district had one of the highest levels of voter turnout in the nation.

Trump won MI-11 by four points in 2016, and he knows he needs to do it again if he wants to carry Michigan in 2020.

It's up to us to stop him. Our team is reaching out to every voter we can in order to turn out as many Democrats as possible. Will you chip in to keep Trump and his anti-science policies out of this district -- and out of office?
