With less than 15 days until the deadline, remember to fill out the Census! The deadline of the Census is September 30. If you still need to fill out the Census, visit 2020census.gov ([link removed]) . This year is also a presidential election; we encourage everyone to be active in their local communities byregistering to vote if eligible ([link removed]) , andl ([link removed]) earning about which initiatives ([link removed]) [link removed] candidates ([link removed]) are on your ballots. OCA-Asian Pacific American Advocates: Corporate Achievement Awards 2020

Save the date for the virtual Corporate Achievement Awards! The event is free and open to the public; we encourage you to tune in from home. The schedule will be:
* Wednesday, Sept. 30 at 4-5 PM ET - Panel 1: Corporate ERG/BRG Response to COVID-19 and Racial Social Unrest
* Thursday, Oct. 1 at 4-5 PM ET - Panel 2: Building Your Career and Workplace Community
* Friday, Oct. 2 at 4-5:30 PM ET - OCA National Asian Pacific American Corporate Achievement Awards Ceremony

Virtual JACL/OCA Summit
The JACL/OCA Summit will take place from September 24 to September 29. The summit will explore issues of immigration, healthcare disparities during COVID-19, police/criminal justice reform, and education policy. There will be sessions open to the general public, and we invite you to tune in if you can!
The issue briefing on the State of Civil Rights is open to the public! The event will take place on Thursday, Sept. 24 at 4 PM PT/7 PM ET. Join us, NAACP, The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, Muslim Advocates, and other community partners on how these issues impact minority and immigrant communities.
