Friend -- Did you see this new poll?
A newly released Washington Post-University of Maryland poll revealed that 60 percent of all Americans want to cast their ballots before Election Day.
Yet, the president and his party have been working overtime to prevent easier early voting -- of all types.
From blocking commonsense election legislation like the Delivering for America Act that would fund the USPS to parroting unsubstantiated claims on vote-by-mail, self-serving politicians are relentless in their mission to prevent people from voting.
As we approach the last elections before the redistricting process begins, we need to kick our efforts into high gear.
Can we count on you to pitch in a one-time donation of $24 -- $6 for each scheme by the president and McConnell to undermine our elections?

Subject: 4 ways the president and McConnell undermine elections
Friends -- The president and Mitch McConnell's Senate majority try to claim a high ground of being American patriots but turn around and work to prevent folks from participating in our elections -- a vital aspect of American democracy.
Here are just four of the ways the president and McConnell are undermining the final elections before redistricting takes place next year:
1. Blocking commonsense legislation to make it easier to vote amidst the country's public health emergency
In May, the House passed the HEROES Act with $25 billion in funding for the USPS -- yet almost four months later, Mitch McConnell's Senate still refuses to pass this bill.
To add insult to injury, the Senate went on recess without passing the Delivering for America Act -- a bill with the $25 billion required to adequately fund the USPS.
2. Undermining current laws that make voting easier during a pandemic
During a recent podcast, journalist Ari Berman warned that the president's campaign is currently involved in litigation in 17 states -- including virtually every battleground state -- to undermine laws that make it easier to vote during a pandemic.
3. Threatening to have sheriffs police polling stations
Donald Trump recently said he wants sheriffs to police polling places. He has no authority to do this, but even the threat qualifies as voter intimidation and could prevent people from casting their ballots.
4. Leveling unsubstantiated claims on vote-by-mail
In the runup to this year's consequential election, the president and his allies have been going on prime time cable news shows inventing lies that claim voting by mail invites massive fraud -- even though study after study shows that voter fraud is practically nonexistent.
With a one-time donation of $24 -- ($6 for each scheme) -- you can continue to help fund our efforts to fight against these plots to undermine our elections, a key step to achieving fair maps next year!
