Hey John -- I just wanted to say thank you for stepping up and supporting this campaign.
My finance team reached out to you for help, and hundreds of you dug deep and got us back on track with our fundraising targets.
Asking people for their hard-earned money is the toughest part of running for office, John. Until we can get enough people elected who are willing to fight for campaign finance reform and institute publicly funded elections, there’s no other way to run, or to win.
As we get deeper into this election cycle, we’ll be asking for your support again, but tonight I just want to say a simple thank you.
I’m truly humbled and grateful for all you do.
