Oh no.

We were on track to reach our mid-month fundraising goal yesterday, but then, donations slowed down significantly. Unfortunately, we weren’t where we needed to be when the midnight deadline passed. This is the first time during the entire campaign that we’ve fallen short of one of our deadline goals.

We have to be honest, this timing isn’t great. Meeting this deadline was critical to staying on track before we report our numbers to the Federal Election Commission at the end of this month — a report that will be made public for everyone to see.

That’s why we are reaching out to you to let you know that we’ve been forced to extend our deadline through tonight at midnight to close the gap.

With Election Day less than seven weeks away, we can’t let our foot off the gas even for a second — not when there is so much at stake. So we’re asking:
