This week, a panel of three judges in North Carolina threw out the state's legislative district maps, ruling that the maps were such an extreme partisan gerrymander that they violated the state constitution.

After the U.S. Supreme Court's decision permitting partisan gerrymandering, this shows that each and every state has the chance to take action, and END gerrymandering. But we've got to keep up the work to make it happen.
