John, Another bogus poll is out, and once again we're led to believe that we're "locked in a dead heat" here in South Carolina. With less than 50 days until Election Day, the Quinnipiac University Poll claims I'm all tied up with Democrat Jaime Harrison at 48%-48%. Vice President Mike Pence said it best: "Polling is broken in America." The polls and pundits continue to oversample Democrats and undersample Republicans, giving a misleading view of my true support. We can't take anything for granted, and I'm counting on grassroots conservatives like you to help me counter my opponent's record-setting fundraising haul. John, my opponent took to Twitter hours after this bogus poll was announced to brag that he raised over million dollars in one day, adding to the millions he's already received from liberals across the country. This money is funding a multimillion-dollar media campaign to attack me, and we can't let this negative ad barrage drown out our winning conservative message.
