As the NRCC and national Republican figures have gotten further involved in VA-10, it's important to remember what the GOP in 2020 has indicated it stands for: blind loyalty and allegiance to Donald Trump.

This week, Trump continued to lie and spread misinformation. At a town hall, he denied that he's trying to remove coverage for pre-existing conditions -- even when confronted by voters. And at a press conference, he publicly contradicted the CDC.

I'm working hard to make sure that his rhetoric is defeated soundly in northern Virginia, but with Republicans preparing to invest further here, I need your help.
