A key step to ending map manipulation will be electing leaders who champion fair redistricting. Our affiliate, the National Democratic Redistricting Committee, endorsed a slate of candidates running for office this year who signed a pledge to fight for fair maps and we need to help them win their elections.
Whether you can only phone or text bank for a few hours, pitch in a couple of bucks to attend an event, or even just contact your friends and family about these candidates, now is the time to get involved! Over the past few months, we've been working to make it easier for folks to vote by advocating for commonsense legislation to protect our elections and connecting folks with tools to contact their representatives and urge them to pass basic election protections.
