Patriot,

I’m a Texan writing to you about a race in Iowa, so let me explain why I’m in your inbox.

I grew up on a cattle ranch in West Texas, which means I know a thing or two about hard work and knowing a good one when you see it.

Zach Lahn is a good one, and I don't say that about many people who aren't from Texas.

Zach is a businessman, not a career politician, and he’s running on putting Iowa first: keeping Iowa farmland in Iowan hands and standing up to the corporate interests that treat this state like an asset instead of a home.

BUT HE NEEDS YOUR HELP

Zach’s campaign fundraising deadline closes at MIDNIGHT tonight, and they still need $7,500 to keep their fight going.

I’ve run for office. I know exactly what a strong number does for a campaign heading into a tight window – it’s the difference between showing up with momentum and showing up on your back foot.

Patriot, I don’t send “urgent” emails for fun. This one’s urgent because it’s true.

$10. $25. $50. Whatever you’ve got, send it before midnight >>
