We’ve spent hours looking over reports, finalizing projection models, and poring over the voter file to reach our “need to win” stat — a.k.a. the exact number of undecided voters we need to reach before Election Day to win this toss-up race.

This winning strategy will work, but only if we have the resources to execute our plan to the letter.
