Hi John,
I need your help to flip Pennsylvania.
I endorsed Mark Pinsley and Tim Hayes because they’re running to represent Pennsylvanians, not corporate billionaires – and they’re prepared to fight in Harrisburg for clean energy and data center regulation.
Mark and Tim are both running against Republican incumbents:
- Jarrett Coleman, a MAGA state senator who voted against veterans, AI regulation, and mail-in voting;
- and Shelby Labs, a state representative who voted against community solar and in favor of unregulated data centers.
That’s why I’m making calls for Mark Pinsley and Tim Hayes on Wednesday, October 14 at 6-8 PM ET. Will you sign up here to join me online?

Mark Pinsley is an Army veteran and the current Lehigh County Controller. He’s committed to lowering the cost of living, protecting Pennsylvanians from the explosion of unregulated data centers, and holding corporate polluters accountable for the harm they cause to our communities and our planet.
Tim Hayes has served as Dublin Borough councilmember and State Policy Manager for PA Conservation Voters. He’s fought to expand access to renewables, rein in data centers, and create good-paying union jobs in clean energy. Now, he’s running to bring that experience to the state house.
Click here to RSVP to join me on Wedesday at 6 PM ET!
In my time talking to voters in Pennsylvania and across the country, I’ve learned so much about the challenges people are facing every day. And I’ve also learned how much people underestimate the impact these down-ballot races can have on their lives, from economic security to their families’ health and safety. Every call we make to a voter is an opportunity to connect with them about the issues they care about and empower them to make an impact at the ballot box.
Mark and Tim’s races will likely come down to razor-thin margins, and will determine whether Pennsylvania can resist Big Oil and the dangerous expansion of data centers across the state. Join me next Wednesday, so we can reach thousands of voters – together.
Let’s go flip PA.
Together,
Jane Fonda
