You are a part of critical battles for freedom at the U.S. Supreme Court





Dear John,

There’s nothing like arguing a case at the U.S. Supreme Court.

I’ve done it 12 times since 2010, including the Harris Funeral Homes case last October, and each time—whether the case ended up as a win or loss—it’s been a blessing.

It’s a blessing to have the freedom to advocate for our rights at the highest court in the land. And it’s a blessing to play a part in making history—every case at the Supreme Court sets legal precedent that can affect future cases.

That’s what brought me to Alliance Defending Freedom two years ago.

Because of the prayers and faithful support of people like you, ADF has become one of the most successful U.S. Supreme Court advocates, having won 11 cases at the high court since 2011.

Each of these victories plays a part in ensuring our constitutional freedoms are protected today—and for your children and grandchildren.

As the Vice President of Appellate Advocacy here at ADF, I now have the privilege of representing and defending brave men and women of faith who are standing up for what they believe. And in doing so, they’re protecting freedom for us all.

I’m excited to share more about this work with you and show you how you play such a vital role in making history as we work together to defend our most cherished freedoms.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll give you an inside look at how the Supreme Court selects and decides cases, and the role ADF plays as an advocate for your freedom.

I’ll also be sharing with you more information about the Supreme Court cases ADF is currently working on and how your support helps open the door for important legal victories. Be on the lookout for updates on Barronelle Stutzman, Chike Uzuegbunam, and our ongoing COVID-19 case on unfair church restrictions, among many others.

God continues to bless ADF with opportunities to fight and win for freedom at the U.S. Supreme Court, and you are a key part of that, John.
