Friend -- Our elections have been rigged by gerrymandering for far too long. In states across the country, Republicans hold majorities in state legislatures even after losing a majority of statewide votes to Democrats. So the fight for fair maps may not be a glamorous one, but it's definitely a righteous one.

That's why A.G. Holder and our team at the NDRC are committed to doing everything we can to end GOP gerrymandering. But we'll be up against quite a bit this year:

-- A Supreme Court ruling that makes it harder to win in federal court
-- $125 million in spending from one Republican group alone
-- Big names like Scott Walker, Paul Ryan, and John Boehner
-- Rampant GOP voter suppression and intimidation at the polls
