Dear Judicial Watch Member,
Judicial Watch’s Election Integrity
Project is successfully fighting to defend our election laws to keep
our elections honest.
That
is why I hope you will join our fight by supporting Judicial Watch with you
best tax-deductible contribution today.
You see, because of our most recent lawsuit and resulting settlement
agreement, the process is now underway in California to clean up
their voter rolls, beginning in Los Angeles County…the largest
county in the largest state in America. (Los Angeles County has more
residents than the populations of 41 of our 50 states!)
This process may lead to the removal of up to 1.6 million ineligible
voters from Los Angeles County voter rolls alone.
This is critically important because “dirty” voter rolls invite voter
fraud, and the removal of just one ineligible name eliminates an
opportunity to corrupt an election.
In addition, the California Secretary of State told us recently that
the state was complying with a key element of our settlement agreement and
is updating the state’s online National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) to
make clear that ineligible names must be removed as the law requires in
every California county!
This is how real change happens…and because of the
support we receive from committed amicus members like you, we are
making real change happen in defense of honest elections all across the
country including our successful lawsuits and other legal actions
in Indiana, Kentucky, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and
West Virginia.
But there’s much more work to be done to keep election rolls clean. This
is because many state election officials (Democrats and
Republicans) have failed to do their duty to clean their voter
rolls…and because the U.S. Department of Justice has also largely failed
to do its duty to prosecute states for their failure to follow the law.
That’s
why I hope you will join the fight right now with your most generous
donation to Judicial Watch.
Judicial Watch has stepped into the breach in the election law wars and
continues to be the “only game in town” when it comes to keeping our
elections honest.
Please
join the fight today by making a special tax-deductible contribution to
help Judicial Watch do what the federal and state governments should be
doing in defense of our election laws and honest elections. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Thomas Fitton
President
