On the day I became the official nominee, a super PAC formed and launched a wave of attack ads to deceive voters about who I am and what I stand for. They’re spending big on this — more than $23 million so far. Missing our goal means we can’t keep our own positive ads on the air. It means that we let Sen. Marshall and his corporate PAC donors have the last word.

In the few months since this campaign began, I’ve learned this: In a tight race like ours, every dollar counts.
