Don't let the sun set on the climate issue.
Last night, 10 presidential candidates gathered in New York to tell us how they plan to address the climate crisis.

But this is just the beginning. We can’t let them put climate in their rear-view.

Take action today, and tell the candidates to keep making climate action a priority, throughout the entire campaign.

We need to keep up the momentum.

We know voters care about climate. EDF Action polling data shows that climate change ranks in the top two issues for Democratic primary voters, and as a top issue in the general electorate.

But we need to make sure this issue gets the weight it deserves. Time is not on our side, and Americans are already suffering the consequences. In 2018, America experienced 14 separate billion-dollar extreme weather disasters — totaling $91 billion in damages. That’s more than 10 times the Environmental Protection Agency’s entire budget.

The candidates might think that now that the climate forum is behind them, this issue has been addressed. But we can’t let it slip down on their priority list.

Take action today, and tell the presidential candidates to keep climate top-of-mind for the entire campaign.

Thank you for standing with us,
