A friend recently shared this eye-opening story --
It happened while taking the Holy Eucharist to an elderly, homebound parishioner.
During her visit,
they began talking about the news, politics, and the election. Unprompted, the elderly lifelong Catholic spoke up:
“Well, I’m voting
for Joe Biden. He carries a Rosary with him and says it every day.”
My friend was shocked, and replied: “It’s wonderful if he
does pray the Rosary, but our vote is not about the rosary in his pocket -- it’s about what Joe Biden will do to America. For example, did you
know that Joe Biden supports abortion 100% -- and has pledged to make Catholics pay for it?”
She had no idea. And neither do
many Catholics.
