President Trump’s Fraud Task Force is dropping the hammer on visa fraud.
On Thursday, Vice President Vance announced the administration is suspending Microsoft, Adobe, and other tech companies from PERM, a program used to sponsor foreign workers — often H-1B holders — for green cards.
Vance specifically accused Microsoft of laying off 6,000 American workers last year while benefiting from 6,300 H-1B visas and nearly 3,000 green cards.
“For every worker that Microsoft laid off, they replaced that worker with one and a half foreign indentured servants,” Vance said.
“Our message to Microsoft is: You’re a great American company, but you’ve got to hire great American workers.”
NO IRAN STRIKES — FOR NOW
President Trump is calling the shots.
On Thursday, President Trump confirmed that he will not strike Iran again before the Nov. 3 midterm elections, citing “productive discussions” with Tehran.
Trump’s confirmation comes amid speculation about the resumption of military strikes on Iran. Negotiations had stalled after Trump rejected Tehran’s latest proposal, leading some prognosticators to suggest that Trump may take decisive action against Iran before the election.
For now, Iran gets a reprieve — at least militarily. On the economic front, U.S. sanctions and an intense naval blockade have sent Iran’s economy into a death spiral.
DOJ COMES FOR CASSIDY HUTCHINSON
Remember Cassidy Hutchinson?
The former Trump White House aide and the Jan. 6 Committee’s star witness is reportedly under criminal investigation for allegedly lying to Congress.
Prosecutors reportedly presented evidence against her to a grand jury earlier this week.
Hutchinson’s most explosive claim — that Trump lunged at a Secret Service agent from the back of the presidential vehicle — wasn’t something she saw, and Secret Service witnesses disputed it.
Even Jack Smith told Congress that Hutchinson’s allegations amounted to “secondhand hearsay.”
LETITIA JAMES’ BIAS EXPOSED
New York AG Letitia James is getting called out.
One of the seven men accused in the “Cornell Seven” civil lawsuit has filed a legal challenge to remove James as special prosecutor in the reopened criminal probe.
The legal challenge claims that James has already publicly sided with the accuser.
In fact, just days before Gov. Kathy Hochul handed James the case, the far-left AG wrote on social media: “We stand with you.”
“Any criminal investigation helmed by AG James lacks credibility and is unfair to all involved,” New York defense attorney Mark Bederow said.
DEC 3: A LIVESTREAMED EXECUTION
War Secretary Pete Hegseth said the whole country can watch.
On Thursday, the Pentagon confirmed that the firing-squad execution of Fort Hood terrorist Nidal Hasan will be livestreamed to the public.
“We’ll make sure that people are able to watch it. That it’s public. Because people need to understand that there’s serious consequences for these types of things,” Hegseth said.
Hasan’s execution is set for Dec. 3 at Fort Hood.
When asked whether Hasan had made any final requests, Hegseth replied: “Don’t care. We’ll see him on December 3rd.”
