Friend,
Join us tomorrow as we kick off the 7th event in the "Our Collective Power" virtual speaker series. Next on the agenda: Uplifting Black Women Who Serve Part 2.
In a year where we are seeing a record number of Black women run for and be elected to office all over, we are spotlighting four historic races across the country. If elected, each of these phenomenal women would be the first African American to lead their district in Congress.
Our panelists include Desiree Tims (Democratic nominee for Ohio's 10th Congressional District), Jackie Gordon (Democratic nominee for New York's 2nd Congressional District), Joyce Elliott (Democratic nominee for Arkansas's 2nd Congressional District), and Pat Timmons-Goodson (Democratic nominee for North Carolina's 8th Congressional District). Collectively, these women can help bring political parity finally to Congress in addition to proving again that Black women can and will win anywhere.
RSVP for the event this Thursday, September 17, at 7 p.m. ET.
We'll see you there!
Collectively, we will win,
