Friend – Wow! It’s almost hard to believe that AU’s Virtual National Advocacy Summit has come to an end – and such an incredibly inspiring one at that.

Despite the challenges we all faced together, like weathering a global pandemic and retooling an entire in-person summit into an ambitious online event, our summit was a huge success and a welcome boost to the church-state separation movement!

Our Virtual Advocacy Summit By the Numbers:

800+ virtual attendees tuned in to our summit, smashing our goal and proving that the movement to protect church-state separation is growing stronger than ever.

100+  virtual meetings were held between AU’s incredible volunteers and lawmakers’ offices in the House of Representatives and the Senate, promoting religious freedom and the Do No Harm Act with real stories and empathetic conversations that are moving the debate on our issue.

240 co-sponsors in Congress are championing the Do No Harm Act -- more than ever before. The 209 House co-sponsors put us only nine away from the magic number of 218 – the number of votes needed to pass the House of Representatives.

Friend, AU’s advocacy for religious freedom – and ambitious efforts like this one – would not be possible without your support. To fuel our efforts in the crucial months ahead, please click here to make a special donation of $50 to AU today. Every dollar will help us defend your rights from unprecedented threats and strengthen our growing movement: [link removed]

From the bottom of my heart, and on behalf of the entire AU team, thank you.

Forward Together,

Sarah Gillooly
VP of State Outreach and Engagement

P.S. If you missed any of our live sessions, don’t worry, free recordings will be made available next week. Stay tuned for those!
