Republican leadership in the state legislature has been a disaster. From shortchanging public education and attacking women's access to healthcare, to extreme voter suppression laws and even HB2, which embarrassed our state and ran counter to our state's welcoming spirit -- their vision took us back, not forward.

Roy is proud of what we've been able to accomplish together in his first two years as governor. But we have so much more work ahead of us to keep making progress in our communities.

While we broke up the Republican super-majorities in both the House and the Senate, we're still fighting against a Republican-led legislature trying to prevent progress.
