Glacier's New Podcast
Michael Faist and Andrew Smith, Visual Information Specialists for the park, are hard at work making season one of the brand new Glacier National Park Podcast featuring stories that take place all over Glacier. “This project is important,” Andrew comments, “because it will allow people, whether they’re here or not, to hear deep and meaningful stories about the place.” Your generous support is making this innovative new project possible. Stay tuned for the launch of season one, coming this fall.

Behind The Scenes

Solar Panels at Grizzly Point
A huge thanks to Everybody Solar, whose generous support recently funded the replacement of the solar system at the Grizzly Point vault toilets. This comfort station is used extensively throughout the summer, providing a welcome relief point along Going-to-the-Sun Road. The new system uses the sun's energy to power a ventilation system that increases airflow throughout the vault toilets, reducing unpleasant odors and creating an overall more pleasant experience for visitors.
