John,
I’m sure by now you’ve heard the devastating reports of forced sterilizations of people in ICE custody—which we know about thanks to the bravery of Nurse Dawn Wooten.
For years, ICE has gotten away with systematic cruelty and abuse. It’s time for us to put an end to that for good, and we can’t do it without you.
Register now for our emergency call TONIGHT at 8 PM ET to hear more from experts about the current situation, and what you can do to stop ICE’s cruelty.
See you tonight,

John,
BREAKING: A former nurse at ICE’s Irwin County Detention Center is reporting that ICE surgically removed an “inordinate” number of women’s wombs against their will.
According to reports, some of these women may have been shackled, unconscious, or partially medicated while these surgeries happened without their consent.
This is absolutely despicable. This is the kind of complete disregard for human life that has stained our history from medical experiments performed on Black people during and after slavery, to forced sterilizations of Native women by the U.S. Indian Health Service.
And it’s nothing new for ICE. This cruelty and violence is the latest in a long history of intentional abuses against people of color by immigration authorities. They’ve been getting away with it for years and we REFUSE to let it continue.
Add your name to our urgent pledge to step up your commitment in the fight to liberate families and END these outrageous and systematic abuses.
These horrific accounts only came to light thanks to the brave efforts of organizations like Project South, Georgia Detention Watch, Georgia Latino Alliance for Human Rights, and South Georgia Immigrant Support Network.
It's time that we end these systemic, gross abuses once and for all. No more children ripped from their families, no more indefinite detentions of asylum seekers, and no more abusive, illegal surgeries performed without women's consent.
We are building a movement to fight for dignity and justice for all families, and to put an end to ICE’s reign of terror. But to do that we need to dig deeper, individually, as a movement, and as a country because, as these revelations show, the incredible and depraved extent of abuse is out of control.
Add your name to our urgent pledge to step up your commitment in the fight to liberate families and END these outrageous and systematic abuses.
Join us,
