John,

Planned Parenthood is twisting justice to punish pro-life advocates.

A California jury awarded Planned Parenthood millions more from pro-life advocates for exposing the abortion giant’s ghoulish practices.

TODAY we’re taking critical first steps to have this injustice overturned.

Planned Parenthood sued pro-life defendants, including our client, over undercover videos showing its executives discussing the harvesting and selling of aborted babies’ body parts.

Planned Parenthood worships at the altar of abortion. No depravity should be surprising.

It was founded on racist eugenics. It targets minority and underprivileged communities when planting its abortion clinics. Just this year its affiliates snatched up $80 million in COVID-19 relief aid they had no claim to.

And while the abortion rate is at record lows nationwide, Planned Parenthood committed more abortions in the last year than ever before – 345,672 – breaking its own deadly record.

Today the ACLJ is filing our Notice of Appeal on behalf of the defenders of the defenseless unborn.

We can overturn this flawed verdict. But Planned Parenthood is furiously fighting back. We need YOU.

Stand with the more than 655,000 ACLJ members who’ve already signed our urgent petition.
