Let's hear it for the boys!

Not sure we'll have all of our team at any one game, but here's who played our first game!
Matt Rinaldi, Chris Betts, John Donnell, Matt Armstrong, Joel Starnes,
Chris Dillard, Chris Putnam, David Henderson, Fred McCarty

The True Texans came out of the gate flying and were up 7-6 the first half of the game after Chris Putnam scored a touchdown. Unfortunately, as our team was wearing out, the
Blitz (a team that's been playing for decades one of them said) was just
getting started. We lost 26-7. But hey... we only had to call the
ambulance once -- and it was after a stellar play! Thankfully Joel Starnes is ok and ready to play again!!!

For those of us in the stands, we had a grand time!

True Texan fans - too many to count
Blitz fans - 3
We win!

We will see
more of you Sunday at 5pm at Grapevine Middle School when our True
Texans take on Sigma Chi. Dear Lord, please let them be celebrating
their 50 year reunion...

So I'll see you there... I'll be the one cheering the loudest...unless this cutie outdoes me!  That's Laura Oakley's granddaughter.  If you don't wanna watch the game, you know you wanna be there to see her!

Your biggest fan,

Julie
