Dear John,

The results are in, and we've officially won our primary. It's an honor to once again be the Democratic nominee for United States Senate, and I'm grateful for the trust you've put in me.

I want to take a moment to thank everyone who made our primary victory possible. Thank you to the volunteers who made phone calls, sent text messages, and delivered literature and lawn signs. Thank you to everyone who voted -- by mail or in person -- for our campaign. And thank you to everyone who chipped in to fund our voter contact efforts.

This victory is for all of you. We saw record turnout in Delaware today, driven by an unprecedented statewide vote by mail program. Thanks to your hard work and generosity, we are one step closer to taking back control of the Senate in November.

But the hard work must continue -- and we need to hit the ground running. We have less than seven weeks until the most important election of our lifetimes, so we can't stop for even a moment.

I know we can hold this seat, flip the Senate, and elect my friend, Joe Biden, president, but it's going to take resources.

We're in the home stretch of the campaign cycle, and I need your help to finish strong. Will you celebrate our primary victory by being one of the first people to make a contribution to our General Election Fund?
