Hi friend--
"Try to imagine learning something worse about a way a world leader dealt with coronavirus. This is kind of the worst thing you can imagine."
We agree with you, Rachel Maddow. The fact that Trump KNEW that COVID-19 was "deadly," "easily transmissible," and a danger to both young and old Americans -- but said the exact opposite in public -- is just about the worst example of leadership we can imagine. But our president has another view:
[A tweet from @realDonaldTrump reads "Bob Woodward had my quotes for many months. If he thought they were so bad or dangerous, why didn't he immediately report them in an effort to save lives? Didn't he have an obligation to do so? No, because he knew they were good and proper answers. Calm, no panic!"]

That's right -- according to Trump, he was actually PROTECTING us by lying about COVID-19. His supporters will buy this argument, which means his abject failure to keep Americans safe during the worst pandemic in 100 years may even give him a boost in the polls. We want to know if you're thankful for our president preventing a national panic -- or if you agree with Rachel Maddow's view of Trump's behavior as "the worst thing you can imagine." Tell us now:
