In just one month, on Thursday, October 15th, millions of people around the world will go purple on Spirit Day to stand against bullying and support LGBTQ youth.

This year, our LGBTQ youth are witnessing unprecedented challenges and crises including isolation from their support groups, legislative attacks on protections for LGBTQ students and administrative attacks against our community, the fear of Covid-19, and the challenges of distance learning. They need to hear from you.

Take the pledge

Friend, your support is more important than ever. Millions participate in Spirit Day each year. Advocates and instutions around the world affirm LGBTQ young people including schools, faith institutions, media outlets, and sports leagues. National landmarks and corporations go purple across the nation. Celebrities who have taken the pledge to support Spirit Day include Britney Spears, Adam Lambert, Mariah Carey, Barbra Streisand, Andy Cohen, Laverne Cox, Oprah Winfrey, Celine Dion, Dan Levy, Nick Jonas, Sterling K.
