As we get closer to Election Day, we know that you’re probably getting several emails a day from different candidates and organizations. But let us take a moment to explain why you should chip in to JD in response to this email today.

Revenue from our email program is a major source for funding our work.

45% of everything we raised last month came in through our email program. As a grassroots organization, we truly rely on supporters like you chipping in $5, $15, or even $50 at a time — we don’t have billionaire benefactors or corporate PAC funders.

There are real people writing these emails and we’ll never resort to DCCC style, the-sky-is-falling tactics to try and scare you into contributing. But we will politely ask if you’ll make a contribution to help us continue to recruit and support candidates who will fight for our values.

Our goal this month is to raise $200,000 to continue our work to transform the Democratic Party by electing more transformative candidates like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Jamaal Bowman, and Cori Bush.
