John,
The pandemic isn't slowing us down. In fact this year's summit has nearly double the ticket sales than in previous years! Wow, that's telling on why housing is such an important issue in the era of COVID-19, housing is literally at the foundation of so many of the issues being exacerbated and exposed since the pandemic hit.
That's why the Summit themes this year are so timely and needed. Affecting the future of our housing economy towards a more just and equitable reality can help address the many issues our communities face whether it be affordability, community health and safety or systemic racism.
Hope to see you Thursday!
P.S. We want to make sure everyone who wants to attend, can attend, that's why we are offering the discount code; however we understand that many are struggling right now, so please don't let financial issues be a barrier to your participation. There are several dozen sponsored tickets available -

Subject: Innovative Housing Summit 2020
John,
Outside of their innovative work in Clarkston, MicroLife has been pushing the conversation on how we can reimage our built environment and live more with less space.
The Innovative Housing Summit continues that important work by bringing together local and regional thought leaders in the housing space for an all day conference.
Normally, this would be an in-person event, however this year due to COVID-19 concerns, it is all virtual... and has gone nationwide.
This year's speakers and panelists come from around the US, as well as here in Atlanta's backyard.
Professor Rothstein is a highly recognized academic on housing and racial justice issues, the history and policies to remedy the systemic discrimination and racism that exists at the core of our own government(s)' housing policies, and disproportionately impact Black Americans.
His keynote will set the stage for what will be a dynamic, informative and action inspiring summit - as we bring together housing advocates, builders, and racial justice activists to address how innovations in our housing policies, zoning and the built environment can help create more equal and equitable communities.
I have personally signed up as a sponsor for this year's summit, and because of that, I would like to offer all of my subscribers a unique discount code!
