If you watched the Republican National Convention, you may have seen a video of purported Trump supporters who lived in NYC public housing.

If the video struck you as both odd and inappropriate, it was for good reason. Turns out that those residents didn’t even know they were being interviewed for a campaign ad. And they weren’t Trump supporters.

Continuing a running theme, Donald Trump has been caught duping the American people to win an election. What they did is deceitful, it's manipulative, and it's against the law. 

That’s why I’m calling on the NYCHA Inspector General to investigate both the Trump administration and the Trump campaign for illegally producing a political propaganda video on government property.

You don't need me to tell you this, but Donald Trump doesn’t care about low-income residents. If he did, he wouldn’t try to gut funding for public housing every year. All he cares about is himself.

I'm taking on the Trump administration here at home, but I need your help this November to turn the page on the culture of corruption, lawlessness, and lies.
