In 2016, Trump won the election by targeting the Midwest and delivering a message to workers that he would be their champion.

Of course, it wasn't true, but the message worked because Democrats did little to challenge it.

That’s why Our Revolution is investing so heavily in organizing in pivotal Midwestern counties that voted for Obama twice before flipping to Trump because of his fake-populist economic message.

With the first debate between Biden and Trump coming up in just two weeks, Joe Biden needs to be prepared to explain why he’s more than just “not Donald Trump.”

Here at Our Revolution, we certainly hope that Biden will do what he needs to do to appeal to workers in the Midwest. But, since the stakes are so high, we aren't counting on it. That’s why we are one of the only groups committed to exposing Trump's broken economic promises.
