As Laura's Finance Director, it's my job to make sure we stay on track to hit the goals we set -- even when Laura's name isn't on the ballot. At midnight, we'll reach our September mid-month fundraising deadline, and we only need to raise $2,547 to hit our $10,000 goal.

John, since Laura's election, we've accomplished a lot. And even though Laura's name might not be on the ballot this year, the issues we care about are. Every vote matters in 2020, and the future of affordable health care, voters' rights, and Kansas' economy are all on the line, so we can't risk falling behind.
