Anne Hathaway has been loud and clear about her love for the LGBTQ+ community for years. Just when we thought we couldn’t love her more, she went and gave us another reason.

While chatting with It Gets Better board member Tracy Gilchrist about her film Verity, Anne gave It Gets Better a shout-out and shared a message for LGBTQ+ youth that needs to be heard:

"You have worth. You are as worthy of love as any human being on this planet that we walk on together."

Anne has spent years showing up for our community. That fierce commitment comes through here, with love, frustration, and a refusal to accept that any young person should have to question whether they deserve love.

Her promise? "We’re just gonna keep going until everybody wakes the f*ck up."
