A Federal Judge just declared Governor Wolf’s shutdown orders unconstitutional!
This is a big win for hardworking Pennsylvanians, many of whose livelihoods were destroyed by Governor Wolf's arbitrary shut down orders. The federal judge's ruling affirms that emergency declarations do not give politicians license to suspend our Constitutional rights.
