Friend,
Last
month, I wrote to you about my friend, Amy Kennedy, who’s running
against Jeff Van Drew for New Jersey’s competitive 2nd Congressional
District.
And now, I’m excited to share that this Wednesday,
September 16th, I’ll be co-hosting an event along with special guests
Jason Kander, Rep. Betty McCollum (MN-04), and Professor Andrew
Solomon of Columbia University in support of Amy and Dan Feehan,
another red-to-blue Congressional candidate running in Minnesota’s 1st
Congressional District. Can I count on you to join
us?

If you saw my message last month, you already
know all about Amy’s race -- she’s running to unseat Jeff Van Drew,
who switched parties after his election in 2018 as part of the
Democratic blue wave.
Dan Feehan, a fellow veteran and former
Acting Assistant Secretary of Defense for Readiness in the Obama White
House, is a native Minnesotan running to unseat GOP Rep. Jim Hagedorn
-- you might remember him as the person whom the Conservative
Washington Examiner named "the worst midterm candidate in
America" in 2018. Two recent polls show Dan leading Hagedorn 48-46, so
both his race and Amy’s are going to be close.
Will
you join us on Wednesday so we can help flip these two crucial seats
from red to blue?
Best, Ted
