Leftist hit squads are lying in wait all over the country, planning an armed revolt if Trump wins re-election. Government scientists "do not want America to get well," because they are using the pandemic against the president and "are all going to hell." We the public should respond by stockpiling as much ammo as we can -- because soon, "it's going to be hard to get."

Those are just a few of the unhinged comments top Health and Human Services official Michael Caputo made on a Facebook Live stream this Saturday.

The fish rots from the head down. That means Caputo's boss, HHS Secretary Alex Azar, needs to take responsibility for politicizing a government agency -- our top health department -- as well as turning it into a safe haven for tinfoil-hat-wearing, anti-science radicals like Caputo.

Chuck Schumer has now called for Azar's resignation. We want him gone too -- so our public health officials can focus on their jobs in the middle of this pandemic, not on responding to the constant censorship, chaos, and conspiracy theories of the Trump administration.
