We're coming up on an important mid-month fundraising deadline and I have an ask to make: If you can, it’d be a huge boost to our campaign if you could chip in $10 to help us cross the finish line on our $50,000 goal before tonight at midnight.

Let me take a moment to explain what’s at stake here:

We have less than fifty days to go until the most important election of our lifetimes and absentee voting is already underway — and right now, far-right groups are spending nearly 10 million dollars to try and drown out our campaign on the airwaves with more.

Hitting this goal will not only give us the resources we need to fight back, but it’ll send a message to the Republican Governors Association and the other out-of-state dark money groups supporting my opponent.

Compared to the millions my opponent is getting from these groups, our goal might not seem like a lot, but I know the power of this grassroots team — tens of thousands of North Carolinians chipping in $10 will always be more powerful than a few out of state groups pumping millions of dollars into the race.

We’ve made a lot of progress, but we’re still around $9,500 from our goal — and with the deadline tonight at midnight, I’m hoping you’ll help us get there.
