REPUBLICAN PARTY OF NEW MEXICO STATEMENT ON PRESIDENT TRUMP BROKERING HISTORIC PEACE ACCORD IN MIDDLE EAST

PRESIDENT PRESIDES OVER PEACE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
ISRAEL AND GULF NATIONS OF UNITED ARAB EMIRATES AND BAHRAIN

ALBUQUERQUE, SEPTEMBER 15 — The following is a statement from Republican Party of New Mexico Chairman Steve Pearce on today’s peace deal signed at the White House. The historic breakthrough involving Israel, UAE and Bahrain will establish a normalization of relations, create embassies and will mean cooperation of a range of fronts.

“Today’s peace accord will mean a new era of cooperation among these Middle East nations. President Trump continues to demonstrate his diplomatic skills on the world stage, and he and his Administration are moving forward to establish better relations between the Jewish State and the Arab world. This treaty is a great step toward peace in the Middle East, and the President must be commended for his persistent work toward further détente in this delicate political region. This accord will mean greater political stability, a move toward more peace in the world. This is a great day for the Middle East and a great day for the world.”
