There are thousands of inspiring candidates running for office this year. That’s great for our democracy. But if your inbox is anything like ours, that also means it’s hard to know where your dollars will do the most good before Election Day. Not anymore.

The Immediate Impact Fund is back. If you want to have an instant impact on the closest races in 2020, this is the place—every dollar will go directly to Democratic Senate and state legislative candidates who need it most, right when they need it.

The Immediate Impact Fund is seven months in the making. We start with hundreds of races in Super States then drill down into polling data, fundraising reports, and turnout estimates to identify the Senate and state legislative races where your donation can make the biggest difference.

Right now, the fund includes 12 Democrats who have fallen behind their GOP opponents in fundraising and need immediate support, including two Senate candidates and eight state legislative candidates in four states. As we move the needle in these close races, we’ll keep an eye on fundraising numbers and polling data in all our target districts and optimize the list all the way through November to make sure this fund always has the highest impact.

With only a few weeks left until Election Day, candidates are running out of time to use these dollars effectively. The longer we wait, the less impact our donations will have.
