In the US and around the world, we are demanding a Just Recovery for those who need it most, not the polluters and fossil fuel billionaires.

You don't need us to tell you that the end of the fossil fuel era is already here.

So instead of handing out billions in public taxpayer money to failing coal, oil, and gas companies, we are fighting for direct community relief, mutual aid, public power and community-determined solutions for long-term health and a sustainable economy.

The truth is that time is running out to address the climate chaos we are seeing right now in places like California and all over the globe. So if we are going to create a Just Recovery that puts people before profits, we need you with us:

In this unprecedented moment, we must come together to demand immediate and direct relief from the compound crises of the coronavirus pandemic, climate change, racial and economic injustice. Here's exactly what we are demanding in a Just Recovery:

- Protect all workers and provide health care for all

- Provide relief directly to people, regardless of immigration status, and not corporate executives

- Prioritize community-led recovery in Black and Indigenous communities, and communities of color around the country

- Stop fossil fuel extraction

- And invest in a Green New Deal that centers racial justice

The demand is getting louder to make polluters pay for their destruction, and reinvest in economic recovery that centers people’s needs and care for the environment.

From New York to Norway, we are ramping up the pressure on banks, pensions, and financial institutions to shift away from fossil fuels and toward a renewable energy economy and real climate solutions.
