I wasn't sure what would happen when I entered the contest to join Amy at the second DNC presidential debate -- but when Amy's team got in touch to let me know I was the winner, I was thrilled!

The campaign got us tickets to be in the audience while Amy shared her plans for America. It was so exciting to watch the candidates on the stage and feel the reaction of the audience.

I'm supporting Amy because she is strong on my top issues -- climate change and health care -- and because I want a leader with integrity, who respects all viewpoints and who can bring people together and remind us of what we all have in common. Amy couldn't have impressed me more at the debate. She has grit, and as she reminded us on the debate stage: "When we have a guy in the White House that has now told over 10,000 lies, we'd better be very straightforward with the American people."

Meeting Amy in person was my favorite part of the whole experience. She was easy to talk to and you could tell how much she appreciated our support.
