• We are scheduled to go to trial in San Francisco with our historic lawsuit to shut down San Francisco’s illegal sanctuary policy that violates federal law and prohibits local police from cooperating with federal immigration authorities. If we prevail there, the positive effects will be felt across the country! (We are also pursuing a similar lawsuit to end the deadly sanctuary policy in California’s Santa Clara County.)

• We continue battling to keep our elections open, honest and fair. In addition to winning historic “accurate voter roll” successes in states including Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and California, we are currently pursuing lawsuits against North Carolina and Pennsylvania over their failure to follow federal laws requiring states to clean their voter rolls between elections. In another major victory for honest elections, a Federal Appeals Court recently adopted our arguments presented in a “friend of the court” brief when it upheld Alabama’s critically important Voter ID law! And we’re preparing to protect honest elections this November!

• We continue to expose the unconstitutional Deep State effort to drive President Trump from office, despite chronic stonewalling by the Deep State Justice Department and the FBI. We are pursuing 65 lawsuits related to this conspiracy, and through court orders that are forcing the release of documents which show that this conspiracy, hatched by Obama officials prior to Donald Trump’s 2016 election, represents the worst government scandal in American history.

• And we continue to battle the Deep State about serious allegations of influence-peddling schemes by Hunter Biden, son of former Vice President Joe Biden. We recently sued the Department of Homeland Security over our Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for Hunter Biden’s travel records, for which he received Secret Service protection, while his father was Vice President. Rest assured that we will do everything in our power to expose what appears to be a classic, sleazy Washington Establishment scheme to protect Joe Biden!
