issues rule to clarify COVID-19 paid leave provisions
The Department
of Labor (DOL) has issued a temporary rule to address some issues with its implementation
of public health emergency leave under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and
emergency paid sick leave related to the coronavirus pandemic.
NCUA
opens 2nd round of streamlined CDFI applications
The NCUA has opened
its second streamlined application round for federally-insured, low-income credit
unions to become certified Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs)
