OCA is proud to present our 2025 Annual Report, Power in Community!

Power in Community. In 2025, OCA continued to build power through advocacy, leadership, and community. Across the country, our members, chapters, partners, and supporters came together to strengthen our communities, uplift AANHPI voices, and create opportunities for the next generation of leaders.

This year was one of reflection and resurgence. We leaned into intergenerational dialogue, grassroots mobilization, and coalition-building while advocating for equity and justice at the national, state, and local levels.

Through our policy and legal advocacy, leadership programs, scholarships, internships, and chapter initiatives, we continued to create meaningful impact. Our programs reached approximately 2,618 young people ages 17-24, while our 2025 National Convention in Seattle brought together more than 700 attendees for four days of learning, connection, and celebration.
