I'll get right to it: Tonight is our mid-September fundraising deadline, which means tomorrow morning I'm going to take a hard look at our budget and ask some tough questions about the future of our campaign.

And with Vice President Mike Pence in Montana TODAY campaigning for our opponent, these questions could not come at a more crucial time:

Will we have enough money to defend Steve from the avalanche of outside money and support pouring in from Washington?

Will we have the resources to hire more staff and expand our grassroots organizing as early voting begins?

Will we be able to say we did everything we needed to do to win this election and end Mitch McConnell's Senate majority?
