News and Updates Wisconsin Supreme Court Agrees to Hear WILL Challenge to Dane County School Closure Order Last week the Wisconsin Supreme Court granted an original action brought by WILL, consolidating it with two others, challenging the Dane County health department’s order closing all Dane County schools for grades 3-12. The Court also ordered a temporary injunction against the order, allowing Dane County schools to open while the case is under review. Read more here. Read the Wisconsin Supreme Court's order here. Governor Evers Expresses "Frustration" at WILL Lawsuit Challenging Second COVID Emergency Declaration Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers expressed frustration about WILL's recent lawsuit in remarks to the Milwaukee Press Club. Evers said, "This is about, essentially, taking away the authority of the governor of the state of Wisconsin, whether it’s me or somebody else."
