As Vice Chair of the DGA, this is not what I wanted to see 36 days before the midterms: National Republicans are expected to spend over $400 million to drown out Democratic candidates up and down the ballot.

In the next few weeks, we'll be facing a flood of ads in Pennsylvania and battleground races coast to coast, paid for by far-right groups trying to buy your vote.

I've won statewide in Michigan. I know swing state voters, and I know you don't win them over by shouting the loudest.

While our opponents are backed by billionaire donors and enormous super PACs, the DGA is powered by people like you, John, giving what they can because they believe Democrats need to win these races. And we don’t have to outspend the GOP to win – but right now, we’re falling short.
