The Scalise Capitol Report

The latest National Hurricane Center forecasts predict that Hurricane Sally will make landfall along the coast of Southeast Louisiana to the Mississippi Gulf coast Tuesday and Tuesday night as a Category 2 hurricane. Life-threatening storm surge, damaging winds and torrential rainfall are expected to move into our area Tuesday and Tuesday night. Currently, 8-16 inches of rain is being forecast for portions of Southeast Louisiana.

As the track and severity of Hurricane Sally may change, please follow the advice of your local officials, monitor your local news, and finalize your preparations today.
